It’s a unique situation that we have collectively been facing for the past year: this pandemic has forced us into the safety of our homes. Some of us have looked around and determined that the time is right to pack up and move on to our next home (myself included!). With inventory and interest rates in the basement, many homeowners are capitalizing on this red hot market. But the question remains – will my house sell, will it sell quickly and for how much money?

Even the most experienced Real Estate Professional doesn’t have a crystal ball, so the market will dictate the answer to all of these questions.
